The problem is that most people call at exactly 7:00am 90 days from when they are checking in. I love Le Cellier and it's sort of a tradition that I eat there every single trip. I go to WDW several times a year and have always been able to get it at exactly 90 days (or 180 days out, by the old system) from my check in date. For my Sept-Oct trip I got it twice (lunch and dinner).:cool1: I've had to change the day I want to eat there a few times, but I've always gotten in sometime during the week that I want it.

Try putting it at the very end of your trip when you call at the 90 day mark. Fewer people have already had access to those dates. We've had good luck doing it that way.

it is very small and very dark inside. we were able to walk up in april and had no trouble getting in for lunch. but all 4 of us said it wasn't one of the resteraunts that we would HAVE to go back to.

if it's steak your looking to have try shula's, you won't be dissappointed. i don't think on meal plan and a ressie is a must but it's worth ever cent.

It's small in there and hard to get a ress. If I wasn't staying for 12 days I wouldn't have got in. I got a ress at the end of my trip.

I'm guessing you're going during free dining by your top ticker? LeCellier is always, always booked... but moreso during free dining if that's even possible???

I did have luck 2 weeks ago booking 28 days out-I got a lunch for our upcoming trip there @ 12:25...

Keep trying and hopefully you'll luck out!!! :thumbsup2

It is the size of a shoebox...and the tables are on top of one another too.but it is popular and booked all year,Free dining makes it that much harder.

Go somewhere else. The dining plan has killed it and it's not as good as it once was. You are rushed in and out to get more people in since the place is tiny. It used to be one of our favorites but not anymore, it's hyped so much on the boards and a lot of people try to get in because it's only 1 TS credit.

1) No.
2) But, they do give you a shoe horn so you can get to, and into, your table.
3) Plus, they have an alternate breathing rule - you and your mate take turns.
4) This way, less space is used for expanded lungs.
5) Or, there wouldn't be enough room for everyone.

:rotfl2:so true. We were seated in a corner and at the table next to us they sat a larger couple. The look on their face was priceless when they realized they were being shoe-horned in between my family and another family on the other side of them.

we were tucked into a small corner so I really couldn't say much about it from where I was sitting-but the wall in the corner came in handy when my 6yo fell asleep during dinner-

Good luck-we managed to score a dinner ressie but it is no where near a normal dinner time (855) but we figure we will be running on Mickey time anyway so It should work out ok

It's really small. and for a clostophobic it's kinda hard to handle. I look forward to taking my future in-laws so I don't get thrown into the middle of the room with people walking all around me. It freaks me out way too much. Even though I love eating there.

I've eaten dinner there several times-usually a party of six or seven. I've always enjoyed my meal, never felt rushed, and didn't particularly notice any "shoehorning". Most recent visit was February, and I have ressies for September.
Had to call at exactly 7 AM, and set date for last night.

We have been able to get a reservation at 90 days (or 180 when it was available) for each trip. This year we called at the 90 day mark and were able to get a reservation on the night before we leave. We don't find that LeCellier is that close. We have had tables in different locations and have never felt like we were sitting on top of the table next to us. We have also never been rushed, we take our time and have never had any trouble with being rushed. Part of the problem with it being so hard to get reservations is the fact that it is smaller and can't handle as many reservations. Each reservation will be over an hour (more in most cases) so the number of reservations available each day is not large.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: He's just kidding. It's not that crowded. I've eaten in every area of that restaurant and have never noticed it being particularly crowded. I've had tables much closer at San Angel Inn, Chef's de France, and Tutto Italia.:rotfl::rotfl:

Laughing aside, we were fortunate enough to get TWO dinner reservations for this upcoming trip and try not to miss it each trip. (though we have canceled /same day in the past) Its one of our favorites and we find it a YUMMY meal!

**OOPS, I do not even KNOW how I double posted here, SORRY!!!
Feel free to omit this one, I do not know how, if I can even do that!
