IMO, no it's not that great.
It's a very small restaurant with limited seating, which restricts the amt of people that can get a reservation. It's also a 1 credit steak place on the DDP - the only steak place that is one credit, now. Since their prices are so close to what a signature spot charges, you can see why someone on the DDP would find it worthwhile to fight for a reservation. It's a great value.
I had a bad experience there with terrible service and mediocre food but I readily admit I likely had a fluke experience. That said, as someone paying out of pocket for my meal, LeCellier did not offer the atmosphere, menu, quality, and service that I would expect for the price point they are at. I'd much rather hit a signature spot that does.
