So I am really new here and this is my 1st post:). We booked our vacation about 90 days out so I have been tweaking my dining ressie's daily. I was just able to score a Le Cellier but it is on the same day as my 'Ohana ressie. Which would you choose and why? We have not eaten at either so the decision seems hard. Any info is appreciated. :)

Most people, I believe, would probably choose the Le Cellier reservation. That is not to say that Ohana is not good. The steaks at Le Cellier are very good. The salmon is excellent. If you just want a salad try the steak salad or the chicken salad. The service can be rushed there.

Without hesitation...dine at Le Cellier and cancel the Ohana reservation. Ohana is fair (the atmosphere is better than the food), but the steaks at Le Cellier MELT in your mouth and are out of this world!! Maybe the best steak we've ever had. Ever.

We really like Le Cellier for steak and right now is 1 TS BUT is going to 2 TS for dinner first of 2011....:sad2: so would keep it so you can find out if like it enough for 2 TS next trip. O'Hana's is very good and served family style at your table:lovestruc. if your wanting steak Kona Grille in the Poly is good as well as Captains Grille in the Yacht Club these both 1 TS each.
Cape May in the Beach Club has characters for breakfast but dinner is great they have large selection of fish and meats.
Tusker House (Donald's Safari breakfast Buffet) is great as well
One fun and good place for breakfast or dinner is Whispering Canyons at Wilderness Lodge. You can order from menu or eat family style both have always been excellent. You would take the boat from down in front of entrance to MK to get over to Wilderness Lodge.:cool1:
Hollywood & Vine breakfast in HS is also character
Prime Time Diner in HS is lot of fun
Tony's Town Square we have always had good food there is in MK
Liberty Tree tavern in MK i
Yacht Club Steak House is 2 TS and was not so good last two trips for 2 TS
Earl's in DTD is great CS
Wolf Gang Pucks Cafe in DTD also CS and is great
Hope this helps you some and of course are hundreds of other fine places in WDW:cheer2:
We will be there in 21 days :dance3:

I envy your Le Cellier ressie. If you decide to cancel it, please let me know the date, I would love to have it if i'll be in the world then. I've been trying for a Le Cellier ressie for our December trip since July....:santa:

Thank you all for your suggestions. I think I will take the Le Cellier ressie. My husband and I are not super big eaters so I think 'Ohana may be too much food for us. There is always next time for 'Ohana.

Good choice. We go to Le Cellier every trip and have lunch ressies coming up in November. :)

I would have kept 'Ohana...

Le Cellier is over rated and really not THAT good. It's far from bad, but not worth the hype at all.

We've done both and were lucky enough to get both for our upcoming trip. We really enjoyed both on our last trip.

That said, if I had to choose one over the other due to a time conflict, I would definitely choose Le Cellier. As others have said, keep checking for Ohana!
