Do they grill their steaks?

I don't recall seeing grill marks - but grill as opposed to what other cooking method? They're not pan-fried, they're not 'baked'. Oh, wait - broiled, I think!

I thought ALL the food there was on that open grill area, but you'll never know anyway....the meat is all cut to skewer size, the way all the meat, shrimp etc is served !

At Le Cellier? Are you maybe thinking of 'Ohana? Le Cellier's filets are 5 ounces or 8 ounces - depending on meal timing - and the NY Strip steaks are larger than that; but they're all single pieces of meat.
