Which one would you choose and why ?

We have been to both but a long time ago, probably 10 years ago.
We will be celebrating our 30th Anniversary.

I'm not a huge steak fan but my wife is.
I would probably get the Lobster at Yachtsman Steakhouse or the Wild King Salmon at Le Cellier.
My wife is a Rib Eye fan.

Does either restaurant let you swap out sides ?

Thanks :)

I know you can swap sides at YSH. I get the filet which comes with mashed potatoes but get the potato gratin in its place. The menu at YSH has more options and you aren't sitting on top of your neighbors.

Thanks for your advice :)

I was looking at the Yachtsman for a dinner later this year but was told about Shula's steakhouse at the Dolphin and I've currently switched my RSVPs to there. Shula's is a chain but the variety and options seemed better.

I loved my meals at both, which I did in the same trip. I think Yachtsman was a little bit more romantic, you aren't on top of your neighbors like Le Cellier. Are you planning to get dressed up for dinner? I feel like you can do that more at the Yachtsman, whereas people go in park attire to Le Cellier.

We loved Yachtsman. Seriously the best steak I have ever had in my life. And their truffle mac and cheese is so good. So are the rolls. And they give you this roasted garlic to spread on them. Love!! Our waiter was terrific. We were celebrating my children's birthdays. They gave them special menus to take home and a special dessert that isn't on the menu. Both of my children ordered the lobster and loved it.

Thanks. Not planning on getting dressed up

Thanks. Sounds good

Yachtsman. And this is coming from a girl who has a not-so-secret love affair going on with the Le Cellier Filet. But their salmon is not up to the same level and for a 30th anniversary, I'd want something more special for you. Like lobster. Damn, I'm hungry.

Ha ha. Ok, I'll get the lobster

Le Cellier is "coasting" on it's reputation. The only thing "signature" about the place is the price. Service is so so to bad! Food was Outback quality (or worse) and atmosphere is horrid. Save yourself from the biggest rip-off in Disney Dining!

Thanks for the heads up.
