Well, it's kind of like comparing apples and oranges. I like them both. I like the food at Le Cellier, as well as the ambiance. But it has a much more casual feel to it. Going to Yachtsman feels more like a special occasion. I had the best steak I've ever had in my life at Yachtsman, and I feel the food there is definitely a cut above Le Cellier (which is reflected in the price).
If you want a more casual meal, then Le Cellier is a great choice. If you want something that feels a little more upscale and special, then definitely Yachtsman.
If on the dining plan I would do LC for 1 TS rather than YS for 2 credits!
It used to be our favorite is Yachtsman, but after trying Shula's, that is by far the best steakhouse on Disney property.

Trying to decide between Le Cellier or Yachtsman Steakhouse for our upcoming May vacation. Which one do you like better and why?
Service was WAY below par (to the point that I called and complained when we were back home.) The Tomato salad was quite tasty, but for over $150 (out of POCKET!) ON the DDP with NO alcohol, totally NOT worth it! MUCH better steak at Olivia's and the service was out of this world
. Planning on going to check out Le Ceiller in 2011. (Can't go back til then...
