Le Cellier OR Tutto Italia

DH and I ate at both in Sept. He says that his best meal of the trip was at Tutto. My best meal was at LeCellier. (However I was not feeling well at Tutto.) You really can't go wrong.

I would pick Tutto Italia, but first take a look at the menus.

Tutto Italia is "real" Italian food, so it may not be what you expect.
You won't get Veal Parmigiana served with Pasta.
You won't get spaghetti served with a meatball on the same plate.
And if you ask for it they will roll their eyes at you and mutter in Italian.
My dad does this every time we eat there just to mess with them.

So yes the service does tend to be rude.
It has always been an issue at this location, especially when it was Alfredos.
I consider this part of the Italian experience. (I am Italian)
I don't know why the French have this reputation for being rude.
I've been to Paris several times and Italy several Times and I've always found the Italian waiters at high end restaurants to be much more surly then their French counterparts.

I have always had good service at Le Chefs, but average to below average food.

Ohhh Tough one! I don't think you could go wrong with either of them. Those were my two favorite meals over the course of my 9 days of meals!

I'd probably do Tutto, because I love Italian, but that's the only reason!

They don't mean it in an ugly way. I think, they feel a little insulted when you order American Italian (food).

The Italians mutter and the French look down their noses at you!

Le Cellier can be very hit or miss! When it is busy, it is definitely a miss!
