I 2nd the above opinion. Le Cellier is a really nice restaurant, wonderful food, pleasant atmosphere. Rose & Crown is more crowded & noisy, the food selection is a little greasy for our tastes, the tables outside are nice for Illuminations, but I thought the stress of getting the water view table and eating their greasy fish & chips that late in the evening was just not worth it. Although, the night we did Rose & Crown something was wrong in the kitchen and the menu was limited and we had to eat on plastic plates with plastic utensils and drink out of plastic cups! So we probably just had a bad experience, but it certainly eliminated any further desire to watch Illuminations from there. There are plenty of good spots around the World Showcase to watch the show without having to deal with all that. We like to pop in Rose & Crown mid-afternoon to have a beer and munchies, but for dinner, prefer a nicer, quieter location.
