Le Cellier or Rose & Crown

My DD (11) and I will be going down in 30 days. We've got ADR for Chef Mickey's (dinner) and Sci-Fi Theater (dinner) - I was thinking about taking her to lunch one day - which of the 2 would you suggest for lunch at Epcot?

And do you think we could do walk up to either of the two places or would we also need ADR?

I would pick Le Cellier because I like the menu better and we did have lunch there, it was fantastic.

I would think R&C is easier for a walk up though

I love both places....we had our wedding rehearsal dinner at R&C. If you are considering dinner, you could always cross your fingers and request a table on the patio. You can relax and watch IllumiNations from it (which we did once and found to be a wonderful way to watch).

Le Cellier is awesome as well though. You won't go wrong either way.

But when in doubt- make an ADR.

I'm sorry, I don't mean to be a downer, but I would not count on getting a ADR at LeCellier at this point and I seriously doubt you will be able to walk up at the height of summer touring at Epcot and get a walk-in. LeCellier is hard to get into even in the off season at 180 days out. Now, I will say, it never hurts to call and ask, as people do cancel reservations. Rose and Crown will be easier to get into. I would call Disney Dining today and see what they have available - ask about LeCellier, you might just get lucky.
