I would dump LeCellier if you don't like the menu. For a real signature experience, albeit French cuisine, there's Monsieur Paul in the France pavilion in Epcot, Yachtsman Steak House at the Yacht Club (walk through the international gateway between Britain and France, keep to the right, 10 minutes of walking), and Flying Fish (walk through the international gateway between Britain and France, keep to the left, walk over the bridge to the Boardwalk, 12 minutes of walking). Any of these would be better than LeCellier.
