We will be going to WDW in mid June, so trying to finish up my ADRs. If it is available is it worth the oop expense? If it is a 2ct on ddp, will prices go up? What if menu changes completely? Considering this, Biergarten, and Garden Grill, all are very different. I would rather do lunch at Biergarten, for pricing, but it seems like a lot to get to back of Epcot by 1230 or 1pm?
How could we plan our day more accordingly...
here are my not misses for Epcot: Soarin', Fast Track (didn't make it last time and DS was not happy), America show, Captain EO , Mexican ride, maybe Maelstrom & Spaceship Earth, Plus I like to look around countries alittle too.

Yes, absolutely!

Currently, the prices don't reflect a 2TS place, the main reason it seems they are doing this is to help slow down the ADR frenzy. There are lots of speculations that they may add a few new higher end items, but if they do, you can probably count on the changes being minimal. Prices may go up, but once again, probably minimal change on same items. I would go ahead and get ADR if you can. If they make changes & you don't like what the offer, just call and cancel... you can book Biergarten then.

As far as planning your day...
Make it to rope drop (this is always crucial during busy times)
Go get FP for Soarin', then right to Test Track and ride.
Then do Spaceship Earth, and if you still have time before lunch, go do Captain EO (or Soarin' FP).
Then do all the World Showcase stuff you want to do.
Remember, you can use a FP ANYTIME after the time it says you can return. So if it says "return between 1:20PM-2:19PM" you can actually come back anytime after 1:20. So you can come back at 7PM if you want, and it will still work.

Have fun!

It varies from restaurant to restaurant. I don't believe Le Cellier requires a credit card guarantee, so they probably don't have a particular time.

It is always best to cancel as soon as you know... and 48 hours minimum would seem to be fair if you have to make a late change.
