Le Cellier NY Strip vs. Filet

Usually get the Filet wondering if I should try the Strip. Sugguestions

The strip is my hands down favorite! Never had a bad one there. My DH loves the filet, so always gets that. Looks like you can't go wrong. Enjoy!

I think it depends on the cut of meat u like. I like lean meat such as sirloin or filets my husband likes fatter meat likeribeyes and NY strips

I voted for the Strip, as it was amazing. I used to love the filet when it was the BBQ-maple glaze, but unfortunately they don't serve that anymore. On our last visit there our server recommended the NY Strip over the (mushroom) filet, but like an idiot I went with the filet instead, because of all the great reviews of it. Well I should have listened to her because: The filet tasted pretty bland, although fork-tender as usual. I tried my son's NY Strip, and it was Oh My Gosh sooooo delicious! I'm definitely getting that next time.
