Le Cellier Menu question

I was just checking out the Le Cellier menu and noticed the Salt Crusted prime rib is no longer on the menu! Anyone know why? I was just there in Feb. and it was delicious.

From what I've read, Le Cellier has been undergoing menu revisions lately. The dinner menu is supposed to change seasonally to reflect it's shift to a Signature restaurant. The lunch menu has also been undergoing revisions, probably as they try to decide what the focus on the menu should be.

A cynic might suggest they had to make some changes to the menu in an effort to justify the switch to a signature restaurant. Luckily I am not a cynic.
