It was my favorite, too. And it seemed to be such a classic entree for the Canada Pavilion!

I'm not fond of mushrooms which is served with the other steak, so I'm thinking of giving the prime rib a try.

My DH was devasted to see that it wasn't on the menu anymore. That was his favorite! I wouldn't think that they would take that off being it was made with Maple Bbq sauce. He said that he guessed that he would just have to get the prime rib instead.

You could always make it yourself, though that isn't the same as eating it at Le Cellier.

I am sad to see this go too as I always ordered it. I guess I'll be getting the NY strip now...

No maple sauce anymore, but you can order the filet without the mushroom sauce and we subbed the mashed potatoes for the risotto (sp?) just last Saturday.
