DH and I stopped in Le Cellier for lunch on Tuesday, 5/24 at 1pm. We didn't have an AR, so we had a 5-10 minute wait before we were seated.
After the story of the breadsticks, I started with the Cheddar Cheese soup and DH had the Tomato Stack. Both were very good. Oh, we both also had some martini concoction, very sweet but very good as well. DH ordered the NY Strip (rare) and I had the Steak Tips Blue Cheese (medium rare) over a puff pastry with some diced veggies. These were both excellent dishes, and we had a hard time finishing them. No dessert for us!
Our waitress was also great, knowing when to come by the table to clear dishes, offer more water, etc. The restaurant was very busy, too.
One question, though, does anyone know why they don't put salt and pepper on the tables? We had to ask for it, not only here but at Artist Point.
This was the best meal of our trip, hands down.
