Le Cellier for lunch??

Have an ADR for Le Cellier for lunch, we have only eaten dinner there. Is there much difference?

Not TOO much difference--a few different entrees (and you can get the wonderful burger during lunchtime), but all the most popular are there. It's less expensive, so that's great!

We usually eat lunch there.

I much preferred the dinner we had there than the lunch. I had a steak sandwich for lunch and it was very tough and chewy - not what I'm used to from eating their Filet. My mom had the pasta and it wasn't very good either...love it for dinner though!

never been for dinner, but had lunch there in December. Fantastic! Had a filet. Can't remember what all everyone else had...but my wife wants to go back, so it's safe to say hers was delicious also.

We've done LeCellier for dinner and for lunch and prefer lunch much more. They have sandwiches which are perfect for a nice meal in the middle of the day. Besides the food, though, the pace at lunch is more laid back and definitely less hectic. We felt rushed at dinner, not because the servers were rushing us (they were fine) but because there were mobs of people waiting outside and inside for their tables. It's difficult to be able to enjoy your meal knowing there are people anxious for you to leave (not the wait staff, other guests).

It's just so much more relaxing at lunch. I'd go back for dinner only if someone else in my party really wanted to.
