Le Cellier filet mignon

If someone doesn't eat mushrooms, can/will they prepare the filet mignon with blue cheese instead? Thanks!

I don't like mushrooms and had it plain with the mashed potatoes in May. I am sure it would be no problem to add the blue cheese.

I also asked for just a plain filet. I hate mushrooms! It was wonderful and the server didn't bat an eye at the request. Enjoy!
