I was looking at the new menus and saw the cream cheese mashed potato on the lunch menu but not on the dinner menu. Can you still order the cream chesse mashed potato in place of the yukon gold or whatever other potato is offered at dinner?

You can always ask, but I would guess that the answer is probably not. If the item is not on the dinner menu, then they have probably put aways the ingredients while transitioning from lunch to dinner.

We have asked and the answer was no.

On a brighter note, the risotto at dinner (haven't had it at lunch) is no longer hard chewy rice. It's much softer and creamier. I can't stand hard rice in risotto, it's just not right. I had always had subbed the mashed before the Signature status change, but order the risotto now.

I've had the risotto at lunch and at dinner (before the switch to a Signature) and mine was always excellent. The rice was still firm enough to retain its shape, but it was not hard, nor was it so soft that it was mushy, and it was very creamy. I would heartily recommend it anyone! :)
