Does Le Cellier do carry out?

We were unable to get reservations for our upcoming trip in September, but I would love to try the cheesy beer soup. I thought that I had read somewhere that you could get this as a carry-out item. Please tell me it's true!!

Nope. I tried as well last month and the CM at the podium acted like I was crazy for even suggesting it! Funny thing is, they weren't crowded and offered us a table instead...

If you're there during the end of September, you can probably get some soup at the Canada booth at the Food and Wine Festival.

I asked this question about a week ago and was told that you might possibly be able to get a cup of soup to go.

I ate at Le Cellier last Sept. during free dining and the restaurant was pretty empty. We had an 11:30 lunch ADR and the rest. was 1/2 filled at best. It can't hurt to arrive at openning time to see if you can get a table.

we coudlnt get any ressies in April and we cant get any in September.......I would love to have the soup to go.......HONEST>.......
