Le cellier and dining plan

Is it true that Le Cellier in France is going to count as 2 full service meals on the dining plan soon

It's actually in the Canada pavilion and yes-it's being moved to "signature" category.

Only the dinner will be 2 credits, lunch will still be 1.

1) Yes !
2) It has become so popular that WDW can now charge 2TS.
3) I am sure there wil some minor changes.
4) But, since only 1TS for lunch, I can see many changes.
5) Except some menu item updating.
6) Maybe others can now get ADR's at Le Cellier.

My mistake. I knew it was in the Canada pavillion. Their starting to get a little out of control with the dining plan. First adding gratuities on, taking away some of the food perks and now doubling up on restaurants. Getting to the point where its not worth it so much. Just my opinion though.

That's a good point. Maybe it will be easier to get rservations at the restaurant when you want to go there. Whenever I call, they are always booked.
