Just my opinion, I don't think LeCellier will be a signature restaurant. While it has its fans, and is expensive, I don't think it has the level of originality, creativity or service to match the twe credit restaurants.
It is good food, but definitely overrated. The last time I went there (I've been there twice) risotto was the side dish for filet mignon, it was BORING. It tasted like something instant , out of a box.
I think it may be too cramped for a lot of people to pay 2 credits. Now, most consider it enough of a value (one of the few places to get a decent steak for 1 credit) to tolerate the seating. IMO, it would never be able to compete with Yachtsman.

Agreed, if you look at the 2 TS credit restaurants, Le Cellier doesn't match up well with them. Even though it's popular it doesn't mean they'll think about changing it to a 2 TS credit restaurant.
We also love Le Cellier and have been there 4 times. But I would never give up 2TS to go there. I would rather go to both Coral Reef and Chefs De France then to only Le Cellier.
