I need to pick betweem Le Celliar or Corel Reef for lunch. Which one do you think is better for lunch ? This will be for 3 adults + 1 toddler age 2. Thanks !!

I voted for Le Cellier over Coral Reef because of the better food. However the toddler might be more interested in Coral Reef because of the view into the tank.

I completely agree. I think the CR food has declined over the last few years, I would go with LC for that reason but the aquarium would possibly change that opinion, especially if you are able to get a table down front (Which you can not guarantee and those atables are for 4 or less.

Le Cellier has much better food that Coral Reef. Although Coral Reef has a better scenery.

I personally prefer Le Cellier over Coral Reef although on our next trip we are going to both again. They are both really nice resturants and both have good food.

I have eaten at both quite a few ttimes and hand down pefer LeCellier. While CR is fun for kids (cool fish tank) that is about as far as it goes. The food is just so-so for their high price tags service a 5 on a scale of 10.

I voted for LC but for a different reason. I prefer to be in WS right when it opens and isn't crowded.

At ate at both restaurants back in November, and Coral Reef, to me, was just ok. The only excitement we had was watching the divers. The food...eh...it was alright I guess. Le Cellier on the other hand was perfect! I enjoyed the mushroom filet, very good lovely scenery

I am sure most people don't agree with me - but the food at Coral Reef was WAY better than the food at Le Cellier when we were there in September. WAY BETTER. Sorry, but I do not get all the hype about Le Cellier. I drank the Le Cellier Kool-Aid and I regretted it. It was by far, the worst meal we had the entire trip. I would eat the the POP food court anyday over Le Cellier.

Can you tell I was unhappy with Le Cellier?? :rotfl:

Coral reef :thumbsup2 Food is good at both but the atmosphere is better at Coral Reef. In my opinion I think LCC is overated. Good but overrated.

Definitely Le Cellier! We ate both on our last trip and the food was 10 times better at Le Cellier. Our lunch at Coral reef wasn't that great.

Thanks everyone for your feedback ! Looks like we are going to Le Cellier..One thing too I'm worried about Corel Reef is if we do not get to sit by the aquarium, it will be hard to keep my 2 yr old seated since he'll want to run off to watch fish. Thanks again!!

We've eaten at both places several times. My vote is for LeCellier. Coral Reef has gone downhill lately in my opinion.

This is tough as these were, by far, the best two dinners we had on our 9-day trip. I think it may be personal preference on the type of food you party likes.
Stating the obvious, if the majority of your group likes seafood, go to Coral Reef (the shrimp and mahi-mahi are MUST HAVES).
If you the majority likes steak, go to Le Cellier (ditto on the filet and the NY strip).

Also, as others said, Coral Reef also adds the benefit of the aquarium which is neat.
But if both have long waits, Coral Reef gets boring outside while Le Cellier offers the option of Kidcot down the path (and the CM's will get you when your table is ready).

We have been to both fairly recently and right now for us it's a draw. The filet was very good at Le Cellier (but given a good quality piece of beef it's a pretty easy meal to prepare). We had a seat right next to the tank at Coral Reef. I had read many mixed reviews but we were very pleased with the sea grouper with mushroom and scallop risotto that we both ordered. Our servers in both restaurants were both excellent, especially Linda at Coral Reef.

My vote would be for LC but as a Canadian boy this is hard to say, it was not as great as it has been in past years. Not bad but not amazing, if it was my first time there I would be disappointed, hopefully it was a bad day there. Coral Reef was also ho hum, second year in a row. The waiter suggested the Mahi-Mahi, it was ok but not to die for as he explained. We will not be visiting again the next trip unless something changes.
A nice surprise was the Italian restaurant in Epcot.

Being that you are going with 3 adults and 1 child I voted Coral Reef for the scenery. If it were just 2 adults I would have said Le Cellier because I had a better meal there.

I voted for LeCellier because the mushroom filet mignon is fabulous. However, we also make it a point to eat at Coral Reef each trip because our toddlers really love the entertaining fish tank wall! It is great entertainment for them.

I voted for LeCellier as it was incredible two years in a row. Coral Reef on the other hand was very disappointing.
