I am concerned that the layoffs that are current and/or impending will significantly affect the quality of visiting the parks. I am feeling unease the parks standards will be so diminished that it will impact vacationing to wdw for us. Will it be 'just another theme park' , will it not be worth going?

Between the reduced experience and Florida's poor response to the Virus, speaking as someone who was down there a couple of weeks ago, I would not recommend going to Disney.

I had a fantastic experience a few weeks ago and even was about to book another trip for November, but I started getting job interviews for a new position so that didn't work out like I wanted. I would go again in a heartbeat if I could. However, a few weeks ago was before the announcement of the layoffs, so that wouldn't really give a clear picture based on your question. Either way, that would not affect my desire to still want to go.

Most of the laid off personnel were probably already in furlough so they have not been working.
