LAX to GCH- shuttles?

Hi- I've always booked a package that included transportation but next April we're using our DVC points to stay at GCH. We'll be able to get transfers through DCL to get from the hotel to the port ( taking the coastal Wonder cruise 4/27) but they aren't selling transfers to the hotel from the airport. I use a power wheelchair so I need an accessible shuttle. Are there different companies? Do we just show up or make an appointment? Thanks for any advice!--Kathy
