LAX how to make a easier commute to DL?

Hi
We have ahead a family trip to DL …

I’m worried about how to make their commute easier after landing in LAX… including my 73 yrs old mom, she will land about 7 hrs before the others.. I wonder if there are easier ways to get to DL that doesn't include having to catch the bus first with bags to go to rideshare area…

Will a private car work to pick her up right at the gate exit? (hired thru Viator or similar)

Alternatively I’m thinking on changing my flight to the day before ($$) to arrive first, rent a car and then pick her up…

Any ideas pls?

Private car service will be your best bet; they can even do a meet and greet service at baggage claim. My favorite in the LA area is In Style Transportation. Highly reputable, great chauffeurs, beautiful vehicles, great service.

Uber Black and Lyft Black are also allowed to pick up at the terminals. Those will likely run slightly cheaper than a prearranged private transfer.
