laundry

Yes, I believe they are but you may need your resort ID to get in after a certain hour.

Just out of curiosity, what time are you planning on doing laundry anyway????:laundy:

yep, you just use your room key to get in, just like into the bathhouse in late hours.

I send my wife down to the river to do the wash on the rocks.

It is open 24/ 7, I did laundry one night about 2:00 a.m. after a day at the parks, a good meal, some relaxation and boom I felt like getting the laundry done. So anytime your ready. Oh and by the way, there was another camper in there doing laundry as well :laundy:

We have done laundry at 2:00am. I don't plan on it so much as just decide to do it one night after returning late from th parks. Gotta have clean clothes, ya know?:laundy:

How much does it cost per load, and do the machines only take quarters or dollar bills? Thanks.

$2.00 in quarters for wash and $2.00 in quarters for dry. Change machine is located in laundry room.

the one and only time I did laundry was when I left tent fly off and came home to a soaked bed lol....we are usually way too tired to do laundry after being in the parks all day....

I have done laundry at 2am many times. When coming back after Hoopla!!

I always take my shower at night, so I bring my laundry with me. I drop it in the wash, head for the shower, then when I'm done with the shower, I drop the clothes in the dryer. I go back to the campsite, tidy up, check email, then go get my dry clothes. I've found it costs me less to do laundry every day or every couple of days because a small load takes less time in the dryer. No need for $4 in the dryer.

What a great idea! This is what I love about DIS!!!:thumbsup2

only if you have room in your rig for a big fat guy with dirty clothes and a knot on his noggin, lol:rotfl2:

A couple of years ago I got a site on the 1600 loop which backed up to the canal. I thought "Great - no more walking to the comfort station for showers or laundry!" It worked out okay until a gator ate one of my best pair of skivvies. Disney made good on it, though, and gave me a nice pair of silky Mickey ones.
