Laundry when staying in a studio

When staying in a studio, DVC member staying on points, is the laundry "free" and do we need to buy/bring laundry detergent? Or can we ask housekeeping for detergent? Split stay at AKL-Kidani and Vero Beach Inn room. Thanks!

The machines are free, you provide detergent. I usually pack a couple of Tide pods.
