Laundry Svc./Dry Cleaning Svc. Offered at DVC Resorts?

My son will be at the BWVs next week. He just asked me if they offer laundry and/or dry cleaning services when staying at the resort.

I told him of course that they do have free laundry by the pools (they are in a studio) but he has no plans on doing laundry of course. He was asking just in case they needed to use it.

We used the dry cleaning service several years ago at OKW, I assume they still offer it. It takes a couple of days, and it is kind of pricey. The dry cleaner did a very good job. Honestly though, for washable clothes, I'd much prefer taking a couple of hours to do them in the laundry room rather than sending them out.

At BWV, the laundry room is on the first floor and not by the pool.

Even though he has done laundry plenty of times at home (when I am not here of course, lol), he would prefer not to do any and should really not need to.

He is a worrier like me "just in case". He also packs the house like me -

I've only stayed at the BWVs once - is the laundry room by the fitness area/gym? Not sure why this rings a bell - or perhaps this was the area to change if you checked out after 11.

Will tell them about the dry cleaning and where laundry is located.

Yep, getting off the elevator you turn right to go to the laundry room instead of left to go to the Fitness Center.

Plus an environmental surcharge
Liability limited to 10 times the dry cleaning charge.

Items received by 8:30AM will be ready by 6:30PM

Silks, linens and pleats 50% surcharge; lined +1.00; minimum charge $5.00; shirts folded on request +10% surcharge; press only 75% of dry cleaning charge.

One more thing - I don't remember seeing the bags in the closet with the slip - are they there or do you need to call bell service, guest services?

They usually have the yellow/black/white plastic bags in the closet on a hanger.
