laundry rooms is there a good or 'better' one?

is there a "better" laundry room to use?

and what is wrong with the irons?

We were on the 6 deck, so we used the laundry there, and had no problems. Just remember to bring your own soap tablets.

The best times to use it are off hours. I put a load in on embarkation after we got to our room, no one was using it then, and in the middle of the afternoon on the last day at sea, it wasn't too crowded, but by 5 on the last night, people were hoarding in to get hteir laundry done before they went home.

On 7 night DS, then 6, had an "oops" late one night, and luckily Dad had read these boards and brought detergent tablets, a couple of dryer cling-free sheets, and a roll of quarters. And had brought a mattress pad to give to Stateroom Host "just in case". Found my way to Deck 7's laundry room, and having been warned by the Boards that the dryers didn't run very long, checked often and was able to set the dryers for another run pronto. Not my favorite way to spend a night of vacation, but all was done at sun-up, and stateroom host was prepared and understanding and glad to receive the freshly laundered pad to remake the bed.
