Laundry - regular or XE detergent ?

We stay at WDW for 10 nights , but will do at least once.
Should I bring regular detergent with me or XE detergent ?

I do not want to over suds the washing machine with regular detergent if it is XE.

I've been wondering the same thing. We always do laundry half-way through our vacation and I always bring the Purex 3-in-1 sheets. Can those be used in a high efficiency washer?

I can't answer definitely about the washers, but I'm pretty sure that they are the old top loaders, and are not HE. Since we have an HE machine at home, I just bring my HE detergent along with me.

I do know that Disers have been routinely using the Purex 3 in 1 sheets at WDW since they first came on the market. They're just so darn convenient for travelling. At least thats what has been reported.

Maybe it depends what resort you are staying at? POR and CBR both have regular top loaders. (And POP too 4 years ago-I don't know if they have upgraded yet) We are staying at the BCR for the first time and they have High Efficiency washers.

All Disney washers use regular soap. Although some resorts have front load washers, they are not HE washers, just large capasity washers

I have used the Purex sheets and love them but they have been discontinued so if you can find them buy them NOW.

Thank you - and my brain my had a glich - I typed XE and not HE - my goof.

I will find Purex sheets for the wash and dryer.

We are at the Dolphin - got a great teacher rate.
Staying late June into early July. Hot, muggy, rainy.
Only time we can go with - 'school out for the summer'
I am sure I will be doing at least once if not more with the wet stinky t-shirts and shorts.
