Laundry problem

OK so I tossed a red bra in the laundry and it turned everything pink. I dont care except on my Blue and white (now blue and pink shirt) How do I turn it back to normal? I didnt put it in the dryer so its still wet.

Whatever you do, don't put it in the dryer because that will set the dye, but I think you knew that already.

You can try washing the shirt again, but that may or may not work. Lots of variables there so you won't know until you try.

Or--and this is the safer option--you can buy Rit's dye remover product and follow the instructions on the package to re-wash the whole load.

Good idea, but you probably aren't going to get all the pink out.

I would be happy if it just came out ONE shade of pink. Its darker in some spots and lighter in others.

That is my suggestion as well. I have never heard of the Rit dye remover though--it sounds promisign as well. Good luck.

Yep there is a Rit dye thing they make to get out the pink. Just do not let it dry.
