Laundry Facilities at SSR.

I'm taking a spur of the moment trip in June to meet up with my brother and his family. I'm going to be in a studio since it's just me and there's no washer/dryer.

Were are the public washers and dryers located at SSR? I don't want to bring 8 full days worth of clothing if I still can wash somewhere.

The one that I know about for sure is at the pool in Congress park. I didn't use it but went to check it out, and there were lots of washers/dryers and it was clean.

That's the only one I know of...I'm hoping there are others scattered around otherwise I'll be dragging my dirties over to the quiet pool in CP!

We've done a couple week long studio stays at SSR and have used the one at the Grandstand area pool several times without any issues. Each time we did laundry we were the only ones using it and the kids played in the pool as I watched and enjoyed a beverage from the pool bar while mom read her book inside the laundry room. It was very convenient.

I'm staying in the Springs this trip and I'm still playing with the idea of doing the laundry while I'm there. I'm not use to "not having" the machine in the room. But I don't want to have to pack alot of clothes either.

Quick question; what time did you go to the laundry?

I don't remember exactly but I believe it was late afternoon/early evening. These were summer trips so we would normally head back to the room during the hottest part of the day and go to the pool for a while before heading back out after dark.
