Laundry charges with new system

Not sure if everyone experienced this, but the charges on my credit card for using their laundry washer and dryer in October, were just charged this week (two months later).

I used it 2 weeks ago and the charges were there when I checked the statement online. That's weird that it was so much later.

When we used them in Oct. the charges showed up with in a hour on our card.

My husband recently did laundry there and said there is a QR code/app ... if you tell it which machine you are using and type in your phone number, it will send you a text when your load is finished! The app does other cool things, too!

I did not know about the QR code/app. That would have been handy!

We were in the 2000 loop in August and the charges are just showing up. It is showing as a charge from change point laundry. Is that correct?

That is correct. I went to the front checkin and got a couple laundry cards, but they did not work. Had to use my credit card.

I thought I read that somewhere, parrothed64. Either here or on the Resorts Board.

But I thought is was only like one washer and one dryer per set - not every machine is set up for coins.

Although if there is a coin operated machine availabile, I will choose to use it. I'm old fashioned that way.

That is weird! I had a visa gift card I used a few times in May at the laundry and the charges showed up right away. I am weird about using my cc in cc readers that are not monitored.

One washer and 2 dryers in each laundry take quarters still. Total price per wash or dry is $3.00 each.
