Laundry at the old key west villas

Dose anyone know what kind of laundry services the one bedroom villas at the old key west resort have? Are they in room or do you have to go to a different building?

Washer and dryer are in the unit.

The studio villas do not have in room laundry. For these units there are laundry facilities near the pools.

In Villa laundry is the best! I know that some folks don't want to worry about laundry, but I love not having to pack so much stuff! They will also likely leave you with 1 loads' worth of detergent, so bring some extra. Enjoy!

The one and two bedroom suites at OKW have THE BEST laundry facilities! It's a full washer and dryer in a dedicated room.

I loved that you can close the door while the wash/dryer is going so as to cut down on noise. Also, since DS had the pull out couch in the living room as his "room", he would often go into this room to change so he didn't give the golfers a show!!!!

The washing machine in the villas is a standard washer. The ones at the pools for the studio guests to use are HE.

We brought our own laundry detergent (2 bedroom villa) since we were not sure on the frequency of staff replenishment. Not to mention, we just wanted the option to do laundry at anytime and it was so convenient.

No laundry detergent if you are staying in a studio; you need to bring your own or buy some there. If you are in a one bedroom or larger, you'll get a single use box of "green" detergent each day your villa is serviced. But if you leave that single box out in the laundry area, they won't leave another one. So use it or put it away.
