The laundry room is on the fourth floor. If you face the elevators, it's on your right (I think across from rooms 412 and 416 area). It's free-even though there are coin slots, just push the thing in as if you've put coins in but haven't. There's a large table in there, too, for folding laundry. I was very concerned last year that the laundry room wouldn't always be available, but everytime I went by it was.
