Laughing cow cheese

I have heard everyone talk about this cheese and saying it was 1 POINT for every wedge. So I found some and bought it. My question is what do I do with it now? I put it on a tortilla wrap with chicken in it. What do you use your's for? I bought the creamy swiss.

I use the laughing cow light, creamy swiss and also garlic/herb. It's good stuffed in celery and as a topping for a turkey/lean beef burger.

My favorite is the swiss--I just stuff it in celery, but I have used it to spread a thin layer on deli ham, roll up and eat. I just love those cute little wedges of cheese!

I spread mine on Carr's Crackers (they're 1 point for 5) ... Pretty good for an afternoon/morning snack. I like the idea of celery too!

The Canadian version of Laughing Cow Cheese is 1 point for 2 wedges.

I tried it with the celery and it was really good. For some odd reason I wanted to mix it with salsa. I only tried it with a little bit and I liked it so put the rest of the cheese in with more salsa. I scooped it up with my celery.

I love to eat it by itself. I love the flavor and texture.

My dad likes it with an apple.

DH likes to spread it on those melba crackers. They are like BIG croutons. Very yummy with lots of crunch!

I have never tried it on celery. Sounds like a winner! Enjoy!

I'd forgotton that my Mom used to buy it when we were kids, and I didn't like it then.

Boy how times change!!

We love it, and buy a wheel almost every time we go to the store.

I wish we had the Canadian kind though..... 1/2 carb per wedge....

I like it spread on ham and rolled up. I also like it mixed in with green beans or spinach. I'll have to try it on the Natural Ovens lo carb bagels that I found at the store today.

I have never heard of this, I've got to make a trip to the grocery store today so I'm going to look for it. What kind of taste does it have? It sounds like a great snack with only 1pt for a wedge.
