Laugh Floor at Magic Kingdom

(Opening January 2007) Open the door to laughter, songs and electric wit by joining animated characters from the Disney's Pixar hit film, "Monsters, Inc." Hosted by the singularly talented, one-eyed Master of Ceremonies, Mike, you'll be "won" over by this one-of-a-kind attraction. Get right in the middle of the action for monster laughs that will generate enough electricity to light up MONSTROPOLIS.

It wasn't scheduled to open until the summer season; however, I guess they were moving along at a steady pass and many are now speculating that soft openings may be held in December.

anyone know.....

is this a totally different ride/experience from the monsters inc. attraction that was recently opened in DL?

i don't know if the one in DL was a ride or a walk thru.

I'm no expert on the issue, but I think it is different. My impression from what I've seen is that this one will use a concept similar to the 'Turtle Talk with Crush, " but with different theming and characters.
