I would like to make our ressies for 12:30 ish. Would that be too late for a relaxing lunch? Time stated is from 10:30-1:00 pm but I don't know if that means 1 pm last seating or 1 pm they take down the buffet. Thanks for any info.

I can only tell you what I have heard. I think there was a thread no too long ago that said there is only one seating for brunch 10:30. I hope someone can clarify this for you.

I don't know the answer but wanted to say hello to you!
Good luck on getting your answer and reservations at Palo!

There you go being sweet ;) , thanks for the bump Rae :)

I hadn't realized that there might only be the one seating at 10:30am, Mickeyboat. Thanks for the heads up on that and I'll keep searching until I get it confirmed.

When we sailed in September there was only one seating time and it was 10:30 am. I didn't realize that until we boarded as well!

strawberryblonde - amazing, aren't I?!
Next time we cruise, dinner is on me!

Thanks for the info Preb :). Not the answer I wanted but at least I can plan around it now.

When I sailed in September (Western), our group had Brunch reservation on Monday at 11 Am. Maybe other times are available.

When we went in Dec 03 (eastern), I had booked our Palo brunch for 11:30am. I think PJ told me that this time was the last reservation for brunch.

DH and I came a little late for our brunch since we had a late character breakfast that same morning. We were there at around noonish. We felt a little guilty being late because there were only two couples at the other tables and the staff were trying to get ready for the high tea that afternoon at 3:30pm. We had to order our entree through our waitress since the hot food station was closing. Although the waitress told us we could stay as long as we wanted, we did not want to linger too long around the seafood buffet as not to delay them from closing at 1:00pm.

I think the earlier you go the better, since there are so much food that you would need some time to sample all the dishes and slowly digest.

We made a reservation for brunch at 11:30. I didn't know whether or not this was last time slot, but I just wanted to post to reply to whether 10:30 is the only time, because apparently it's not.

Whenever we've had brunch at Palo, we've had the first time slot - seems that we end up staying til they close since we do a lot of talking between courses.

The private dining room is nice, but it does get HOT there, and they have to close the shades so there is NO ocean view. (Just a little advise to those planning to use it).

It must vary from sailing to sailing. We were on the 7 night Eastern Magic and I'm quite sure there was only one seating, because we actually wanted 11:30 am as it was the morning of our character breakfast. We were one of the first ones in line to book Palo and when I asked for 11:30 am, the CM replied that there was only one seating and it was at 10:30. Our sailing was not full, so maybe that had something to do with it!

Whatever time you end up with...go! It was a wonderful, relaxing brunch and we ate so much that we moaned for the rest of the day!
