Latest room available

On our first day we are hoping to take a nap and spend a late evening at EPCOT. What is the latest possible time that our room would be available at WL? TIA

Unfortunately, unlike other hotels, Disney does not have a gauranteed check-in time. They state that check-in begins at 3 p.m., but this does not mean a room will be ready for you at that time. I have checked-in many times when a room is not ready until 4:30 or so. But, I have also checked-in when a room was ready at 10:00 a.m. It depends on occupancy. If the hotel is full, you may not have a room until after 3 p.m.

I thought I'd read that checkin time was 3:00PM but rooms were not guarenteed until 5:00PM. Is that not correct? Is there no guarenteed room ready time??

I've never personally seen anything written that says 5:00 is a gauranteed check-in time. Only that check-in is 'after' 3:00 p.m. - which means not gauranteed at 3.

Even on the reservation confirmation that gets sent in the mail it states only that check-in is after 3 p.m. and before 11 a.m.

A CM at the front-desk at the Poly recently told me that they can't gaurantee check-in times because there is not enough mousekeeping staff. Don't know if that's true.
