Latest Port Arrival Time

What is the latest time you can be given for Port Arrival time?
We don't care to have the first time and find it easier to arrive later and closer to when rooms are ready but don't want to be too crazy late.

All aboard is usually about 3:30, so I would guess no later than that.

Usually, by 1, the ship is in open boarding so once you check in you can board right away.
