The latest report has just come in on hurricane Ivan. It has strengthend. It has sustained 155 mph winds. It should be a category 5 when it passes over Cuba. It will pass over the keys as a category 4. It should make landfall near Tampa with winds of 140+ mph at about 2am Tuesday. It will pass to the west of Orlando at around 2pm Tuesday. It will eventually pass over Tallahassee with winds of 130+ mph. The Orlando area will feel tropical storm force winds between 50 to 74 mph.
This could still change. If it tracks further west, that would be great for central Florida and bad for the Gulf states. If it tracks further east, Orlando will get the brunt.
