Latest Fastpass info?

Are there any others that I can get FP for at DL? Does Haunted Mansion have FP?

Hi, Jen, those all have FP but I believe Buzz Lightyear FP return is still closed-- somebody correct me if I'm wrong-- because it has been blocked off by the repaving project in Tomorrowland. It was closed when we were there 2 weeks ago-- but it was never needed, anyway; even on the busier days there, I never saw it with more than a 10-15 minute line, if any.

Also keep in mind that sometimes the FP entrances are closed during the week on some attractions, because they don't get that busy. Buzz, Autopia, and BTMRR are sometimes off. Over in CA, GRR, ToT, Maliboomer, and Mulholland Madness sometimes are turned off. Usually because they're just not necessary. ToT was practically walk-on, the 12th-16th.

The regular Haunted Mansion doesn't have FP, but Haunted Mansion Holiday, up from late Sept. through the first week in January, does have FP, and they are usually needed. That ride gets pretty busy.

Gail, the Buzz FP machines were turned back on when we were there the weekend after you left. So last I heard they were functioning again.

As previous posted said, Buzz FP is back open. We were there Friday, the 17th. As another PP said, sometimes the FP are turned off. However you are right, they shouldn't be on Veterans' Day Weekend. Also, Maliboomer doesn't have FP. They do however have a single rider's line (As does Screamin', Grizzly River Rapids, Mulholland, Soarin' Toy Story Mania at DCA.) Single rider lines are subject to close at any time and I've noticed that they close them (I saw this at Screamin' and TSM) as you get an hour and half, or closer, to closing.

Buzz has FP again but is turned off on slow days.

Autopia FP was closed when we were there last week.

HM has FP for the holidays

The times guide this past weekend showed FP for all you mentioned plus HMH. Buzz was definitely working.

silly question time, and I think I kind of know the answer....

for the fastpasses - you can have multiple ones right, as long as you request the 2nd and so on after the return time has passed, is that right?


so if we get (for example) Space Mountain with return time of 9.30am we can't get another fastpass until after 9.30am and if that ones return time is 1pm we can't get any others until after that?

Is this true for all FP, or are the ones at DCA and DL separate?

Yes, you are correct.

You can get another FP as soon as the window opens on the one you are currently holding... OR 2 hours from when you got it, whichever comes 1st.

So at 8:30am you get Space, RT 9:30... you can get one at 9:30 (and you should). If you got Space at 8:30am, with a RT of 1:30pm, you could get another one at 10:30am. It will also be printed on the bottom of the ticket.

So ideally, you get one as soon as you get there, and every time a window opens after that. You do not have to USE the FP, the time just has to have passed (or 2 hours). We had so many FP last weekend, we could hardly use them all. The RT's were all very close to when we got the FP... like mostly within an hour! It was a piece of cake (but some extra walking) to get tons of FP. And remember you can use them any time after the window opens, there is no real end time.

DL and DCA are separate, so we got an Indy FP at like 8:30am, and a Soarin' one at 9:30am. Also, in DL you can get Roger Rabbit anytime, it is disconnected from the others. At DCA you can get GRR anytime as it is disconnected as well.

Make sense? I just posted our TR from this weekend, showing all the times that we got which FP... it's down in the TR section.

I have read the tips, but to be honest we're not looking at 'camondo -ing' through the parks, just wanted to check the rules. Thanks for the responses.

GatorFreud - I read your TR, looked like you had a great time - and remember the pics of all your FP's thats what made me ask the question.

What we do alot is grab a FP for a ride (Space, Thunder, Soarin') before we get in line to ride it. Especially if the return time is within an hour. That way we have quite a few FP saved up to use later in the day when it gets more crowded works for us!
