Latest dining times in Epcot

I was just wondering what is the lastest that you can get a dining reservation for the Epcot restaurants on non EMH nights?

9pm! That's great! So, basically we could have a 9pm dining reservation at park closing and be able to miss the bus crowds! I LIKE THAT!!
Any idea how late you can be seated on an EMH night? Park would be open until midnight, right?
