I was wondering: when is the latest time you can make reservations for at a meal? Does it vary at all the restaurants? Does it depend on the season? Does it depend on the character dining?

Yes, it depends on the restaurant on that date. You can just call and ask. =)

every single one of those can be different for each restaurant. As said just ask when you call and they will tell you what the latest ressie is for that restaurant on that particular day.
