Latest date to cancel when PIF

We just found out our DD15 has exams during our upcoming November cruise.
Don't want to cancel and trying to convince her teachers to give her the exams a week before we cruise .

If we can't, we'll book a replacement cruise in December for Xmas.

What is the latest we can cancel and move the funds to a future/new sailing?
We have DCL insurance and if IIRC it was 2 weeks?

I feel I should know this and looked for an answer on the search button but didn't find any relevant one.

Can't really help you with specifics like when it has to be done by, BUT I do know, when you call, don't say you're "cancelling", just say you'd like to "move" the reservation to another date.

We sailed on the fantasy last week. We got an email stating we could change to a different sailing until 15 days before the cruise. The cancellation policy was changed to 60 days. You can cancel in the last 14 days if you catch covid or are exposed to others with covid.
