Latest check-in time? UPDATE

We are heading down on Sat., Feb 15 (driving from CT) and if all goes well, we hope to be at BWV by noon on Sunday. But with 2 kids in the car, I have a feeling we may not be getting there until around 6:00 on Sunday night.

I realize that Sunday is a high volume check-in day and of course this is over Presidents Day Weekend/School Vacation.

What has been the latest everyone has checked in?

There are people at the check-in desks 24hrs a day so checking in late isn't a problem. You may however have a hard time getting some of your requests fullfilled since they seem to be doing things on the first come first served basis these days.

BWV is still preassigning rooms. As far as I know, they never even tried the "first come, first served" method. I'm glad!

that is not a late check in - midnight to 3:00am is a late check in - but the front desk is still working - so don't worry - have a great trip!

We actually left CT on Friday night (2/14) and drove, drove, drove to FL and arrived on Saturday night around 9 PM. We were able to check into BWV a day early and even get into our studio room and get it linked to our existing (points) ressie.

Of course we had to pay cash (lots of cash) for a Saturday night stay in a Studio villa, but at that point we just wanted a bed. And we didn't even have to change rooms the next day, that was excellent.

Well due to a snowstorm in NJ this past Dec 5th, our plane was delayed for about 7 hours..and we ended up checking in at 3 am on Dec 6th.
It was the quickest I've ever checked in. LOL

We checked in at OKW one Christmas about 12:30 AM. Talk about an empty lobby...
