Usually 10:35 to 10:50, but I've occasionally heard of an 11:10 or so. Don't know if it is true for the in-park character meals (we usually do early ones there), but outside the park, go later!!! You will have the characters practically to yourselves! Two of our best ever character experiences were late out-of-the-parks breakfasts. One at Chef Mickey's, where it was us and one other family, and our 18 mo old DS got over his fear of the characters and we ALL fell in love with Minnie! The other was at 1900 Park Fare, it was basically, well, just us! Mary Poppins and Bert were circulating the restaurant (as opposed to Mary in the lobby, as it has been the last year or so) and for a while~probably 15 minutes or so~Mary just sat at our table and talked with us. Bert and Alice were also VERY attentive. And we've never felt rushed by the CMs. There is always plenty of fresh food, even late.
