We have an ADR for Akershus at 8:25pm on a night Epcot closes at 9pm. How does that work? Will we get kicked out of dinner at 9pm? (Meaning will our meal be rushed?) And what will happen after dinner? Do we need to RUSH to the monorail? And how late does the monorail run?

TIA!!! :flower3:

Can't help with monorail, but no they don't throw you out. We have eaten late meals a few times and came out of restaurant to a EMPTY park, everything closed down, and it is very quiet. We left LeCellier and saw no one until we got close to SSE. After Coral Reef there was someone out by Nemo sign to direct us but again, no one until we passed through to SSE. We walked slow, took some photos and enjoyed it !

No, you will not get kicked out or rushed. We've done a few late ADRs at Epcot and loved coming out of the restuarant to an almost empty park, especially in WS. It was so pretty and peaceful. Monorails and busses will still be running. Don't worry about a thing, have a lovely dinner and enjoy a leisurely stroll out of the parks! :) Just the thought of that makes want to be there right now!

We had 8:45 in Japan and found the same thing. We walked around world showcase without seeing anyone and then saw a few people mosey-ing toward the exit in future world.

They also honor all person in line for attractions at park closing time (I think).

Between rides and restaurants, there are people leaving the park pretty late. When we came out at 10 p.m. there were busses and monorails running, but no crowd.
