Late October/Halloween

Do either of the parks at DL do a Halloween special event like WDW (Mickey's not so scary halloween party) in October?

No. We were there 2 years ago for Halloween, and you couldn't even tell it was Halloween there. I believe on the 24th, or something like that, they were passing out candy in Downtown Disney, but that was before we were there.
