Late night MCO arrival and using MDE

We have a flight arriving at MCO at 11:50 PM, with a reservation at Pop Century.
Is Disney Magical Express going to be running? I've already reserved our spots.
I'm wondering if there will be fewer buses and pickup times this time of night.
Anyone have any experience with after-midnight MDE?

MDE runs 24/7. Wait times are roughly the same regardless of the time of day. There will be fewer buses, but also fewer people. You shouldn't wait more than about 30 min max - probably much shorter, as you may be only ones they're expecting that hour.

About three weeks ago we arrived to MCO at about 11:45 PM to head to AS Movies. There were a few people in line, but the wait to get on a bus was less than 10 mins. The bus did make more stops than it normally does during the day, but it still only took us about 30 mins from the time we pulled out of the airport until we pulled into the resort.

It would cost $1000 more for the 4 of us to get an earlier flight. I just didn't want to wait too long at that time of night. I am hoping not too many people will be arriving around that time.
